Admin help please!

Hello I was buying red envelopes for my wall and  I must of hit something wrong and 1000 credits were deducted!! I tried to return the envelope but only got back 50 credits. Please could someone look into this for me. Clearly this was a mistake. Thank you.

You mean 1000 gold coins... "Credit" means your level point... Which is lv.2 for you.... Red envelopes are not free ... you buy worth by 1000 gold coins red envelopes...
And Only "one time" return this red envelopes ...

Yes I meant gold coins. I must of typed in something wrong, obviously. I buy envelopes all the time but never have been charged 1000 coins. Please help. This obviously is a mistake. When the envelope was returned to me I only got back 50 coins. So I put up a new 50 coin envelope. That doesnt take away the fact I lost 1000 coins on 1 envelope. Im not trying to get away with anything. You can see my history on red envelopes. This is the first time this has happened.

This happened to me as well. I spent 500 gcs on red envelopes (bought 25 of them) but did not get my coins back when I returned them. I cant tell if someone got a huge amount of coins but I know 3 others only got a few coins. Would really appreciate a link explaining how the gift envelopes work.
