Marshmallow Ice Cream is a top down, semi-circle shawl, worked from the center back of the neck to the border and is knit with two strands of yarn held together  This pattern is designed on the base of Eleonora Kristesku’s round doily pattern (model 35) discovered in the “Artistic Knitting” old book.  Skill Level: from Intermediate to Advanced.  Pattern includes charts and chart notes; there are no row-by-row written instructions.  Charts show only the right-side rows; on the wrong-side rows all stitches are purled between the edge stitches unless otherwise specified.  Pattern attributes and techniques include: garter tab cast on, looped crochet bind off, lace pattern, top-down, beaded pattern.  You can also substitute beads for nupps.
