What wire do you use?

Ive made alot of amigurumi, and the most difficult to make for me, have been those with wire inside...

So, what kind of wire do you use for amigurumi?  

How do you choose?
Do you use different wire for different amigurumi?
And most importent! Where do you buy your wire?!

I use florist wire normally and I just get it from a hardware store but Im pretty sure you can get it on Wish or aliexpress
