A question regarding permissions

Hello again may  I please ask when you come across a pattern you would like to download and there are no permissions set, then once you go to buy thd pattern there is a message that says Only certain members are allowed to download. Who is allowed to have access to the pattern. Looking forward to hearing  from  you and thank you

You can see your usergroup here http://www.pindiy.com/home.php?mod=spacecp&ac=usergroup and there you can also see the read permissions for each group
