Is there a way to tell

What level is needed for certain downloads? I see some of the posts state the required level, but I have come across some that say only specified members can download. How do I know what is required?

Mostly users prefer lv.2 on their post ... :D

Only way to tell from what I have worled out is that there is a small message from Admin/moderators advising DIY level.
