Anyone know where I can find this?

I saw this in the crochet diary recently, someone showing off their amazing work.
My daughter is a cat lady in training ;P and would absolutely love this but I cant find the pattern or anything nearly like it, Ive even searched via google.
Does anyone know the designer or anything about it to aid my search?
