Upload on Cross Stitch Pattern ?

Hi,

Dont get why I cannot create  a new thread to upload a new pattern? I bougt some new and want to share but looks like I cannot do it anymore :( . Did something change? I used to be able to upload patterns before.

Не понимаю, почему я не могу начать новый топик и выложит схему. Раньше выкладывала без проблем. Какие-то новые правила?
