Bounty question

How can I get the pattern I want after I post a bounty?

you only get a message,
if the pattern is posted

otherwise you have to wait

most of the replies are only: thank you, how nice ectr.

Once you have posted your bounty; when someone uploads the item a moderator will contact you and let you know the item has been uploaded.
It is then moderated like all of the other items; then the moderator gives the member who uploaded the item the bounty on your behalf.
It may take hours or it could take years.  
One reason to go over to the bounty section and peruse the previous bounties.  There could be an old pattern that hasnt been upped yet.

I posted a bounty request about 2 weeks ago and saw 3 replies under the post. But I didnt receive message from the moderator. I tried sending a PM to the moderator but still didnt get any response, what should I do then?

I dont understand why people reply a bounty message eventhough they dont have the pattern. When I see a message with many replies I dont try to find the requested pattern couse I think that it is found.
