This hat pattern is inspired by styles of berets commonly worn in the 40’s, I wanted a hat that really captured a romantic and vintage feel. As I was walking over a bridge on the campus of Stephens college, a sort of arts school in Columbia MO, I envisioned what a student may have been wearing in the past and tried to design something based on that idea. This is an easy and fast pattern to work, perfect for beginners and experienced knitters alike.
There’s three sizes available, the smallest size is for children, the middle size and larger are for adults.
