Cant see replies to my own bounties

I have posted several bounties but I can not see any of the replies.
It says Replies visible to author only


I AM the author but I still cant see the replies :(

The rule was changed in the Bounty area for reasons of privacy.

When the requested pattern is uploaded, the moderator will inform you.

I think its the same for everyone.  I cant see replies to mine either.

Thats what I read but I notice a couple of them have already been posted but no one has informed me :)
