QR CODE PROBLEMS

I have another account previous to this one that I cannot access anymore because I changed mobile phone and cannot setup google authenticator as I do not have the QR code for that account. I have written many messages to customer service but no reply. How can I get that account back?

Hi Kangurotta1976;

Please give me old account name or link.... I will set free your account from authenticator.... After that you can reach you old account without authenticator password .... And you can create new authenticator password with qr code again
