Troubles updating avatar?

Hey again, why cant I update my avatar?  First of all, the instructions in the box are in chinese... But even when I sort of try to guess my way through, nothing works?  Am I alone in this?

Yup same thing happend to me. I had to upload  my avatar at least 5 or 6 times... and gave up actually... and then all of a sudden it appeared not sure what I did. Also new here! Good Luck!
