Replies visible to author only???

I posted a thread in bounties and got notice of 2 replies but when I went to my post to read them, all I see it "Replies visible to author only". Can someone please explain what that means? Thank you

Its the way bounties work, to protect privacy of uploaders.
Mods will take care of your bounty, you dont need to do anything
