I don't even know how you move from one group to another!

The site calculates Credits automatically:

Credits: 11607 ( Posts×0.1 + Threads×0.26 + Digests×5 + Online Time (h)/1.5 )

When you have 26 Credits you have moved to level 1, 126 Credits you have moved to level 2.

You have 182 Credits now. When you have 326 Credits you will go to level 3.
