Unable to download

All crochet patterns I have tried to purchase for days now wont download.  I always get a "loading" message but nothing loads.

Unfortunately Im on my mobile, not a computer so theres no way for me to right click

si abres en goole chrome en tu movil.. dejas el dedo oprimido en la opcion comprar y al aparecer las opciones abres en una nueva pestaña y oprimes el paid attachment
if you open in google chrome on your mobile .. you leave your finger pressed on the option to buy and when the options appear you open in a new tab and press the paid attachment

sorry for my bad english Im from Mexico.. in spanish: yo si puedo descargar.. cuando vas al patron oprimes el boton derecho del mouse en donde dice Buy (comprar) y abres en una nueva pestaña.. ya estando en la nueva pestaña haces la compra (paid attachment) y si se puede! :) espero ayude..

y para ver los puntos , oprimes credits igual con el boton derecho para abrirlo en una nueva pestaña y te dice ahi cuantos puntos (contribution) tienes

Me too.
I tried to click while holding ctrl and then select open in new window. And it worked!!

So on a mobile phone, you could try to click and hold, that often brings up a few more selections. Maybe then you can select open in a new tab or window.
