Problem with posting links

Ive got a problem with posting links.
Just recently I uploaded pattern which I then was going to report as an answer to bounty thread. But I could do it in the specific thread for all bounties, not in the bounty thread for the pattern, not in the pm to the moderator. Not even through the report button under the bounty :( I tried 2 laptops with different OS, and a smartphone. Nothing seems to work.
After I insert the link and hit the post/answer/send/whatever button the link gets prefix and ending "url" in square brackets. And a warning that I have no right to post links.
Maybe someone had this problem? How did you solve it?
Any help please?

It happens to me that my User Group is DIY1 and maybe as you progress to DIY2 DIY3 as you earn Credits you have other permissions, I suppose you cannot attach url because they only accept a certain level and you have not yet reached that level

Had the same problem. It is one of the issues recently. We had several days where downloads were not working right, same thing. Moderators are aware of it and it is being worked on. I am sure it will be fixed soon :)

Hello everyone! I guess i found the solution! i removed S from HTTPS in the beginning of the link, and the system let it through! thanks to everyone for advise!
