Changing avatar picture

I was trying to change my picture but when I tick the green button nothing happens. I tried refreshing and using a different browser. Any tips?

Weird, Im definitely still here. I changed the name and picture some years ago after I was harrassed by hackers but now Im not I would like to change the avatar
