When will I be allowed to post pics of my work?

Hi! Ive been on this site awhile and I think I understand most of how things work. Ive read the info for new users but I dont understand how to upload my own finished work photos and it seems to be taking forever to get to user group 1. Is there something Im missing to get there sooner? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
