You need to download all rar files first, then put them all in a same map, choose only the first rar to unzip or extract and the program takes automatic all rar files in one pdf... if 1 rar file is missing, it wont work, maybe that is your problem?

Did you try downloading the files again? That sometimes does the trick - or you could download a different extraction program.
