.rar files not working

I have downloaded several .rar files and it says cant open from archive when I try to open it. I cannot see a way to get coin refunded for bad files

You need to download all rar files first, then put them all in a same map, choose only the first rar to unzip or extract and the program takes automatic all rar files in one pdf... if 1 rar file is missing, it wont work, maybe that is your problem?

They both open fine for me. I am also on a Windows computer, but I use WinRar for extracting.
Did you try downloading the files again? That sometimes does the trick - or you could download a different extraction program.
