Dowload problem

Hi Im new here so please excuse me if Im doing something silly.
I bought a download of a pattern. 55 coins have been deducted from my account but I am unable to download it. When I click on the file, the system tries to charge me again for the download and I do not have enough coins now. The transaction shows in my points account but I have no file.
Can anyone help me please?

If you go to IBooks you can download it again (for a few days) without being charged.

Thank you KatharinaV  I went there but nothing happens. When I click on the I downloaded it flashes then nothing. I am using Firefox. Maybe I should try a different browser

OK - panic over.  
I suspended my antivirus and was able to download the file successfully.
