I cant change my avatar!!

I cant change my avatar! I upload the image and click the blue button, but nothing happens. Refreshing the page doesnt work as well.
Can anybody help me?

Its not working. Its been broke for awhile now. Some will post links for you to try tips on how to change your avatar, but the tips wont help. Some may even say techs are working on it, but I doubt there are any techs. Ive been here 2 months and its been broke longer than that. But there are lots of great patterns and stuff!

Maybe an admin or someone should put up a notice letting people know that they cant change their avatar, and in turn can not get the gold for changing their avatar and validating their email.
