Inquiry about Bounty

Hi. Im not sure if this is the right place to ask. If not, please redirect me.
I posted a thread in the Bounty forum looking for a pattern. Some people are commenting on it but it says "replies visible to author only".

My question is: how do I know if someone found the pattern? And why cant I view the comments on my thread?
