Question about avatar

Hi, guys! How Are you?
Ive seen a post that teach us how to upload a profile pic, but it doesnt seem to work for me :c It doesnt matter how many times I reload the page, my profile pic remains the same. It works until I upload the pic, then theres a button that doesnt work (I dont know what that button says, because its in chinese tho...) I really want to complete the task, hahaha

I would appreciate so much any help.

No one can upload or change the avatar. Its broken. This should be common knowledge with all the posts that keep popping up in the forum. It would be nice if a moderator would put up a notice letting new members know that option is currently broken with no eta on a fix.
