What does this error mean

I bought a chart and whenever I try to download it, I get this error:

For make a Gold Coin you must have at least 0 (the forum Download attachment Gold Coin-199)

Can somebody help me?  I had enough coins to get it, it did take my coins.  Do I need to wait a certain amount of time?  I did download another one first that went very smoothly.

You have to have the price of the pattern plus 199 of the download

plus the fee for the poster (charge)
and 30 coins for the system
