And the files youve paid for can be found under the iBooks tab on the upper left side of the screen. You dont have to pay for them again for 7 days, only the 30 gc download fee.
You can also try to refresh the page, disable Flash in the browser settings, or check if the file you want to download needs manual verification (Chrome flags our rar files, you have to verify them).
The site is experiencing some technical issues now, that makes the download function wonky, especially on Chrome browser. Please try to use another browser, or an app, like Internet Download Manager!

Just tried too: works good. Since my recent problems I use Microsoft Edge browser for this website. Since then all my problems gone. Firefox did not work well. Good luck!!!
