You dont need permission, just have to wait til its approved by a moderator. Once its approved, it will be moved to the cross stitch section and once its there you will be able to download it. Its pindiys way of keeping people from posting crap. Otherwise we would have people charging tons of coins for fake patterns. But dont worry, theyre quick about posting the cross stitch ones. Probably within the next 24 hours.
