JP Coats conversions?

Does anyone have a link to a JP Coats Conversion card?  
It seems that many are dumping their mothers and Grandmothers stitching stuff because "I just dont do that".   I buy a lot of stuff at our local thrift stores and get a lot of Coats floss.  Since they no longer make it, matching is a good thing but I havent found a conversion card.

Its a shame they dont make it anymore because I have NO problem with tangling and knotting with Coats.  A simple pull against the knot will unknot the tangle.  DMC and the rest could take a lesson from them.  I do that with DMC and Ill have a knot that will NEVER come out.
