Por que tem alguns projetos que não possuo autorização para baixar?

Some members set the read permissions to a certain number, usually DIY.2 or more for security. Simply place the item you are not permitted to download just now and when you reach the level needed you may then download. Sometimes they may have been recycled and then no one but the moderators may download or view them. If you search a particular item pattern or chart just look at the bottom of each image in the list there is usually the section where it is. In the case of cross stitch it may be in scanned repaint or recycled for instance.
