Unknown pattern help?

I found this finished on Ebay.  I tried a Google image search, but it only comes up in Pinterest and the account is no longer active.

Does anyone recognize the pattern or can tell me the designer name?

I did a Google search and found one of a Poppy, but that was a broken link too.  Hope you manage to find the designer, Im afraid I cannot read what sunharp has written.
