Downloads not showing up

Having trouble with my downloads not showing up, or at least I cant find them. This just started, Ive been here for years and never had a problem.  Help!!

Click 2 times to download. The first time you "pay" for the pattern, then click again to download, it will open a new window/tab with the name message, for example in Google Chrome it is empty and nothing. Renew this tab/window to start downloading.

я просто открываю после оплаты файл в новой вкладке,и загрузка начинается и появляется внизу экрана.

me as well.. the page appear white but dont download. not even if I go to ibook. nothing. Bah. my coins are gone. ugh.
