download dont start..

hello.
Ive paid coins to download this magazine
(sorry this s.  forum dont permit to post url. how I should indicate a page if one cant post a link?)
anyway I downloaded other mags but this one dont start.  But the coins are gone. How is it possibile?
it the download dont start. what I should do? thank you..

There are quite a few other posts on the subject here, but I understand if you press the F5 button as soon as you start the download this will work.  If not go into your iBooks at the top of the page and try downloading again, you wont be charged for any subsequent attempts.   Good luck

You may need and extra 30 pts to download the file. Make sure to have the extra read points along with the coins needed to download. :)

Yes, I have the coins.. i understood that the problem is due google chrome browser. In fact, I now used Edge browser and the downloads started without problems :)

Thank you again for the infos and help. I dont know.. maybe I did some mistakes? Because I remember I was trying to upload an old interesting magazine, but a message says me that I could not open a new thread in the forum... so I dont know.. I should  try again and see what exact message it appear ><

Sorry, I still have problem. When Ive uploaded a crochet pattern,a message says

"This post contains more resources
Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments"

And this appear for each crochet pattern in that page. It seems i dont have permissions... i cant see things... I dont know if my 2 uploads of 2 crochet flowers are posted correctly.. it appear always that message....:(:(

PS: also, I see everyday I only have 25 credits... :( why my credits dont increase?  I cant post photos of my knitting  works in the Diary, it says always , I dont have permissions... its too difficult pindiy to use...:(
