Zuben Earrings are a great way to give some hoop earrings a new life, using only a few yards of #20 thread and a handful of seed beads!

The pattern includes notes on how to modify for different size hoops.

The examples shown are 45 mm and 36 mm.

An exact gauge match is not essential for this project, but a dc swatch should be about 11 sts & 5 rows = 1”

for a finished size of 1.25” below the bottom of the hoop. (About 3” total size, depending on the size hoop chosen.)
