I use Opera browser and have no issues downloading.

This is a Chrome issue, either
* use a different browser
* or follow the instructions here: https://www.pindiy.com/thread-472087-1-1.html (Note: this is dangerous, just switch browsers).

Wow, I thought it was me!  On one computer it marked the files as not safe, now they dont even show up.

I have been using MS Edge instead, which I am finding has become very much like Chrome, and I may switch to it entirely.  I am pleased, though, to know it was not just me!

I took the advice given here somewhere to use Microsofts Edge, which I knew that exists here, but never tried it and it worked!
I think its wrong, though.. We SHOULD be able to download directly from Chrome. Its our usual browser.
