How to Transfer coins to a member who is not a friend?

I would like to learn how to transfer coins to any member who is not a friend. For example, someone shares a pattern for free, and we would still like to give coins for the same.

How do we share coins with them?

Go to settings - points - transfer - fill in the nickname of the person whom you like to give coins, fill in the amount of coins and confirm. Ready it is.
