Editing Avatar

Hello,

I have been trying to change my Avatar, with no luck.  Does anyone know if there are any special features with respect to this action ?

For the moment no one can change the avatar!
There is lots of messages in this forum of people with the same problem.

Thank you.  Yes I read about the problem, but there is one user who claims that was helped by someone and managed to change hers/his.  Thank you any way :)

Thanks everyone for confirming the problem--I was beginning to think I was missing something that should have been obvious! Hopefully this issue gets addressed soon.
