Help with the green doll dress by Elena Zonova (Zontik Lena)

Hello people, thanks for reading my thread!! By the way, I cannot set a bounty because as far as I know, there is no official pattern for what I look for but every reply will be thanked with a small reward.

I am desperately looking for the pattern of this pretty green dress featured in the crochet doll base pattern. I am not good at crocheting without instructions but if any of you has the pattern (maybe Elena Zonova explained it somewhere... I can only hope) or know how to make this dress, can you please help?
