PM exceeded?

Hi! I am trying to PM and it gives the message that" You have exceeded the maximum number of PM within 24 hours". But the previous message was 3 days ago. Is there a glitch?

Thats odd... Try to log out, delete your cache, and log in again. If you still cant send any, let me know!

I got your PM, but I still cant reply. Says I exceeded. I tried clearing my cache and logging back in but I still cant. :(
