Mods, can you explain

Hi all,
Ive  had this problem over the past while and its not a biggie, but a solution or work around would be awesome.
I tried to download Crazy cables Scarf by Ruta Sab, but every time I open it ......in new window or just click on the link a window opens..... then closes after 5 seconds or so.  It wont download.  I thought perhaps someone else has had this same problem?

This is a known issue with Chrome browser.
Firefox works great.

Try using Edge or another browser. Both seem to work.
