Im learing how to knit recently but Ive seem this stitch on Insta and im curios how to do it, any Idea on how to have this result ?

This stitch is known by several names: Vikkel Braid, Estonian Braid or Lateral Braid.
You can find many tutorials on youtube.

Your sample picture yarn, looks like Tarn (t-shirt yarn).

1. Rows of stocking stitch (as many as you like - but at least 2)
2. One row Horizontal Herringbone Stitch (lots of links if you Google)

The herringobone stitch looks different, what´s on the pic is a vikkel braid, as someone already noticed.  Post time 2021-2-28 21:56
Horizontal Herringbone Stitch is a very tight stitch - thats why it should be incorporated with other stitches, using Tarn is genius because it has plenty of stretch.  Post time 2021-2-27 15:32
