It opens fine for me without any problems! It happens that theres a hiccup in the system with downloads that the file gets corrupted, or that integrated apps on phones cant deal with multi-volume rars. Try to extract them on your PC or try download them again, and if it still doesnt work, please make sure you report it!

Sometime back, I had an issue with a file not opening. Tried 7-Zip to open the file and it worked.

If this is the pattern you are referring to, it opens fine.

Please be sure that the files download completely. Place the parts in a folder and unzip together. You will get one PDF file.
