All attachments must be 10 mb

For documents that are larger than that, they can be sized in 10 mb parts using compression software such as 7zip or WinRar : both are free.

Click on Settings at the top of the page and then click on user Groups on the left.

There you will see what your user group ( DIY 1, etc) is allowed on this site.
