Unable to buy attachments

Hi, guys.

I have not been to this forum for some months.

I find that I am now unable to buy attachments. The window that normally opens doesnt open, it just stays there loading.



I followed the advice of Leopard Danio in another thread:

Click on the padlock before the url of PinDIY. Choose SETTINGS and allow the following permissions:

Flash
Pop-us and redirects
Background and synchronization
Automatic downloads
Unsafe content

I followed that advice in both Edge and Chrome, and the result is the same,
I could not find Flash in the Chrome setting, tho - it has been discontinued from Chrome, I believe?

Does anyone have any advice that could help me? Thanks in advance!

I have pindiy open in chrome no problems ....sometimes you have to wait a bit before you can get the file....

Until this morning I had no problem downloading. Then I got the image box Strawberry cat shared. I also tried Edge with the same results. However! That said it seems to be only on the files with a charge. I just downloaded this

But only the rar that was not a charge. It would seem the problem is not with the settings but the paid part of any download.

i have the same problem sigh. i can not download even the patterns i have downloaded in the past too....sigh

i tried what you suggested. it do not work  no with edge no with mozilla no with chrome. sniff

how do we buy attachments with coins in this new app?
nothing is explained anywhere.  can you only download patterns if you join one of the monthly, six months, or yearly plan??????
