Still cannot download anything

Despite having tried all fixes given on other threads and tried across 3 different browsers....I still cannot get past the payment page as it just circles round and round with a loading message...can someone please help as Im finding this very frustrating right now having been trying since last night

using firefox -- if i hold on the file name and open in a new window it processes -- but it does take a bit

unicornia, please have patience. The moderators are aware of the problems and I feel certain the techs are on the way to fix it. Its frustrating for everyone for sure.

I just tested to see if I have any issues. None here. Downloaded a pattern without any issue. Using Opera.

I am trying to download cross stitch software. I know it works as I have downloaded in the recent past but it wont go past the loading page right now. Maybe just the paid ones arent working?
