The majority of Cross stitch patterns that need payment I cant download, I get 2 spinning arrows (which normally pays for it) and they just stay there. If it is a multi file and the others have no charge for, they will download fine. Ive tried several browsers, even a VPN but no difference. Please help.
Unfortunately its an issue on other random threads as well. As far as I know, the tech team are working on finding a solution. We have to be patient, sorry.
I am having the exact same problem with all the downloads that need payment! Except Im trying to buy knitting magazines. I have reported the problem to Administration without them doing anything to solve the problem, too! Never have a problem with the other downloads. I tried with Chrome and Edge, no luck.
