cant download purchased patterns

why cant I download patterns that are in my ibooks and already purchased?

You have 10 days ( I think) from the date they were first purchased to download again. Afterwards you have to pay coins again! If you just bought the patterns maybe there is a problem with the site or you might have an ad-blocker that blocks download. Usually it is a problem with the site...just saying.

Si te quedas sin monedas al comprar puede que no te puedas descargar, porque además de pagar el precio tienes un precio adicional de descargas, es decir que tu descargas son 100 + 10 de descarga, en total no son 100si no 110 y si no tienes cuando kas consigas puedes ir y descargar.

I have the same issue, but I have noticed that the problem exists for some of those patterns that I have already purchased and downloaded in the past.
Normally, when you visit a page of the pattern that you have already purchased, the "buy" button is not active, so, if you need to download the file again you just click on it.
With the issue: "Buy" button is active even if the pattern was purchased before, if I click the "Buy" button there is no way for purchasing it again, it just keep loading. This is the sign for me that I have already downloaded the pattern, so I just search for it on my PC and find it.

Dear friends, the purchase issue seems resolved. If you click the download link with the rights mouse button and choose Open in new window the purchasing interface appears and you can continue with download.
