Cant log in after attempt to subscribe to YouTube channel

So, Ive been using this site through one browser without any problems until I tried to fulfill the task of subscribing to YouTube channel. I got a red triangle icon with a white exclamation mark inside and a warning message on a white/blank background saying that Google is not letting me access the page because the domain tried to access some personal information of my account. In the step-by-step instructions of the task page, there is a similar looking screenshot, however,  the message itself is different and I do not have the "advanced" 1 and 2 that I am supposed to click. All I got is just the warning message and no way around it. I would like to subscribe to YouTube channel, but dont know how to do it in my situation. If anyone knows how I can get it to work, please let me know!

But thats not all. After this failed attempt to subscribe to YouTube channel, I can no longer log in to my account through the browser I used. I know I am entering both my account and password correctly, but it just reloads and counts/says how many tries I have left to login. Weird, because I am loging in using the exact same info through another browser and it works just fine! I am posting this right now using my original account through this second browser. Appologies for such a long post, but this whole situation is connected.  I hope my explanation makes sense. I am confused by the situation myself! If someone can shed some light on this situation, please help!

I got that screen on a very different website. I found out that in a lot of cases viruses were attached. So I took my machine to be looked at and he said he found 3 different ones. I am not sure if it was the site I was trying to access or something else but you may like to take your machine and have it looked at. I scanned with my antivirus and it didnt find it. Its something very new.
