Regarding Stoney Creek Summer 2020 missing page

I have it.

I tried to send a pm to Turquoise, it will not allow it.  Then I tried the below (I hope this will post) and it keeps telling me I cannot put a URL - there IS NO URL!!!  I need some help, here.

"On SC Summer 2020 (It will NOT allow me to put any part of the link)

I put a message, but it says "visible to author only".  I have this page, finally, but what do I do?  Just upload the one page?"
Edit:  Ok, so now it let me put this message, even though it wouldnt allow it - you can SEE there is no url.

Main point:  I have the page, and dont know what to do about it.
