Knit needles to crochet hooks

Hi! So, Ive been wanting to ake the new harry styles coat - wich isnt so new lol - but I dont know how to knit, only crochet and I cant find a conversion chart that show with knit needles equal crochet hooks. Can someone help me?

They would be the same size in mm, and I would assume you can google and get that, unless a needle / hook is specialty and not standard.
