Purchased patterns are missed in the ibook

Hi,
Yesterday I bought three patterns, but the patterns are not saved in the ibook. HELP!

The iBooks module was temporarily suspended yesterday. If you bought the attachments during that time, they didnt get saved for that reason. If you remember the threads, you can go back and download the attachments again to save them in your iBooks. In theory, you wont have to repurchase them (but again, we havent had the iBooks suspended ever, so Im not sure about it).

I tried downloading I fileI purchased long time ago and now I am being charged again.
Has the ibook issue not been solved yet ?
