Yes -- it means essentially the same thing - except you are DIY.2 and you will get the VIPx2 rewards. No money to spend, just the time it take to view the ads to collect the coins (15-30 seconds per ad). Also remember to go into the tasks button and collect the daily 100 coin reward for completing the app task
